Not possible to Delete/reassign Purchase org 1000 to company code 1000 in /SCMTMS/OTG_INT

Hi TM Experts,

I am configuring  Organization Hierarchy in TM system 9.0. I want to reassign the Sales Org 1000 to company code 1000. Or I would like to delete it from the current level assignment. But this is not happening. Please advise me how to remove it from right hand side?
