Messages Missing after outage

Hi,

We are running SAP PI 7.11, last week we had an outage (the transaction log filled and the system became unresponsive)

The system was off the air for a couple of hours. When the transaction log issue was resolved and the backlog of messages were processed it appears we are missing some messages.

On one interface processing between JMS to IDOC it looks like that during the period of the outage messages were being read from the JMS queue but not processed.

Has anyone got any experience of this? Is this something that can happen? Or is the issue somewhere with the JMS side?

          do you see any error messages in message monitoring for this interface?

          if not try to stop and start the channel.

          messages are picked by jms sender adapter then it should have been processed  successfully.

          did you check with jms team there is no messages in the queue?

           you can also cross check with jms team how many messages sent from there.
