Any idea of the table/field from where i can find out the all the sales orders received via EDI?
What about the field vbak-bsark?

Well that is another field where in you can map diff PO types to Identify but this does not necessarily mean that this can classify if the So was created thru an Idoc.
Also normally you should be able to see the idoc that created the SO in Environment-Service for Object. This would ensure that the SO was indeed created by an Idoc.

just to add to that above update, when a SO is inducted thru an Idoc, I presume you are inducting it thru a batch job. So the batch job will have a User id.
You can also check the VBAK table with this user id in the Created By filed and this would list all the SOs created thru idoc.

EDIDC is the table where in you will find all the Idocs that have come into the system. This is also the table which would give the info abt the Idocs that have been sent out of the system.
EDID4 is the table where in you will find the idocs that have gone into error.
