Delivery O/P unable to execute

I am unable to execute an O/P type for oubound delvery doct. Have checked all the settings & condition record maintained. Also, checked in the O/P determination analysis.

Note : Reqmt 3 is assigned to this O/P type. So, I've released this delivery doct in VKM5. Still unable to execute this O/P type.

I've run the same scenario in DEV & am able to execute that O/P type in DEV. ( not in PRD)

Requesting your help on this, as this is very urgent.

Check the smart form or the routine for the output type, the printer that are using should be recognized for  the print preview to even appear

What is your analysis results for your respective output type? Is it something like requirement not fufilled?

I am sure, this is not your Problem .Please meet your ABAPer who has created Program for this .He willl fix this problem .

Note : Routine 3 is correct for this .

My guess is that the ouput is not designed for your delivery type. Or the printer device is not valid.
