Minisap NSP is yellow

Hello experts, I bought ABAP book with minisap DVD. I install SW from DVD and Im not able start application server.

I have virtual PC, virtual memory up to 4092, computer name less than 20 char, win XP.

command line E:\SAP\NSP\SYS\exe\run\startSystem.cmdwrite me error: FAIL: process disp+work.EXE Dispatcher not running

I tried run SAP management console, start NSP, fill correct pass but NSP is yellow.

R3trans -d wrote me: v 6.14

2EETW169 not connect possible: "connect failed with DBLI_RC_LOAD_LIB_FAILED."

Dear Standa,

Usually, this kind of error occurred due to incompatible tools with the database library. So, Please update the kernel and after that issue will be resolved.

thank you for answer. I dont know how to update kernel. Anyway, I did format of C: (virtual PC) and reinstal windows / minisap and all working fine now :-).  Crazy is that before this was also clear instalation....
