Transport control program tp ended with error code 0219

Hello All,

After recent kernel upgrade on both development and quality system to 720_ext, we are running into issues with importing transport into quality system.Every thing looks good when transport tool check is run. Also noticed that there are some error messages "Unexpected return value 4 when calling up DBDS" in quality system and trying to find the root cause. Below is the error message that we are receiving when trying to import the request into quality system. Please, advise or ideas on how to address this issue. Thanks a lot in advance.

Could you pls set the parameters in the domain controler 000 client

'system_pf = \\(Sap system name)\SAPMNT\(SID Name)\SYS\profile\DEFAULT.PFL'

Hi,

Could you apply latest lib_dbsl files into the kernel directory and check.
