Hi Varun,

As Sign Off is performed at Organization/corporate level, you can define questions which are relevant for top management.

Few examples-

-Have you monitored and certified all your internal controls of your organization?

-Is there any open issues associated to any particular regulation (like Clause 49 etc.,)?

-Are you satisfied with the status of internal controls of your area of responsibility?

Therefore,as sign off questions, you can define anything which is relavant to your organization/business area.
