solman- Message processor creation

Hi Experts

How a message processor is identified in solman 7.1 system. I gave all the below roles but still the message processor couldn't able to use any t-codes like CRM_UI,solman_workcenter etc

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS_COMP

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC
SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC
SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO
SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

Hello,

What do you want to do? Try SM_CRM. This will be the new display for message processors. Also, try providing display role to the processor. SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY.

For our config, we are using ZSAP_SUPPDESK_SP_PROCESS_COMP.
