How to upgrade a web dynpro theme

Our custom web dynpro themes are in version 7.32.3.16.0.  After applying support packs, we need to upgrade the themes.  In report WD_THEMES we when I click on the "Version" button, I get the info message:

"The current version of unified rendering is

7.33.3.12.0. All themes in the MIME repository

should have this or a higher version. This is not

the case at present. Peform an upgrade"

How do I upgrade our custom themes from 7.32.3.16.0 to 7.33.3.12.0?

I looked up SAP Note 1536578.  I got the message "The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only".
