Approval requried for manager to allow entring pricing conditions

Dear Experts ,

1. For maintaining pricing conditions in vk11 we have  take the approval from the manager after getting approval only VK11 transctions has to allow to mantian the any condition record (before that it will not allowed). how to restrict could you please help me .

You can think of using processing status in VK11.
