Hello,

Do you have only one SLD or several SLD? In case you have only one (the SolMan SLD) please check if it's available (http://hostname:5XX00/sld). If you have several SLD please check the one which is sending information to your Solution Manager for this system.

Also, did you add this system manually to the LMDB?

Hi

have you execute the report ?

There's report  AI_LMDB_EASY_SUPPORT which collects status information of SLD/LMDB, sync. etc.

Run this report and check for warnings or error messages.

If ths report is not yet available in your system implement it via note 1752124.

What was the satus ?
