Urgent help required for email issue

Hi Team ,

We have configured scot in our ecc system , but when manually triggering send process only , mail gets triggered .

Please help us on this .

Hello Pradeep,

To schedule the SEND Job in SCOT, follow these steps.

SCOT -> Settings -> Send job -> click Create button ->Schedule for All Address types ->  mention frequency/User-id and other details -> SAVE

Hello Pradeep Gopinathan,

In SCOT Click send jobs(shift+f7) and click create icon and select - Scheduled Job For All Address Types, there in Job values you can give the time period when you want send periodically like 10min or 5 min. select start immed and continue.

  Please confirm the mail address and communication method fields were filled in su01 to whom are all you want to send.

Hi Pradeep,

Create a job in the same client where you want your email is created. Under steps

use program name : RSCONN01

Parameter: SAP&CONNECTALL

Let it run periodically every 10 minutes, so that your inbox will be cleared.
