I18N for WD ABAP not working from Portal

Hi All,

In my wd application i used OTR text for some fileds. Maintained texts in English and Dutch.

When i run the application directly and changes the sap-language=EN to sap-language=NL in browser i am able to see the texts correctly.

But when i run the application from Portal it is picking default language as English.

I maintained Portal user language as Dutch and R/3 system logon language also as Dutch.I even tried changing the browser language too.

I would like to know where is it going wrong. Please help

Hi,

I think when you are running from portal, the log on language(sap-language) is not passing correctly! You can manually pass the log on language using Application Parameters

Check this article http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-2377 here instead of logon user, you can pass logon language to the application parameter.
