Hi,
If the TERMS and CONDITIONS standard text already exists then call it at the end of the page by creating a new window. else if create a Standard text in SO10.
Creation of standard text in SO10:
1. Go to transaction SO10.
2. Give the
Text name : --- Name of the standard text
text id : ST
LANGUAE: language which the text is in and save.
Retriving in the smartform:
1. Create a text after the main window.
2.In the General Attributes tab
a) choose type -- Include text
b) start --- New paragraph
give the text name, text id and language which you have created.
3. Click the check box 'only after end of main window' in the conditions tab.
save.
Note: Standard text created in SO10 will be not saved in a request. You need to attach it to a request.

hi
i think it would be better if you create the terms and condition text in SO10 tcode and in the smartform, create one window in which you can include the same.
