where exactly we use surveys and test plans in PC?

Hi Shiv kumar,

Surveys are generally a set of questions attached to the plan while planning any assessment.

Test plans are used by Manual controls. Its the sequesnce of steps that needs to be followed while testing that control.

If you need to gather the feedback , you can send out surveys and users can respond back by answering the questions defined under Survey.

If you want to test a manual control-test plan steps will help the user to test that control further.
