How to remove Create option in ChaRM web UI page

Hi,

I want to remove create option from below display. How can i remove this.

I dont want anybody to craete Change document directly, it has to always come from RFC.

Hi Kumar.

If you want to hide all the options for creating the Change Document but leave the "Request for Change" visible, you can go to transaction SPRO -> SolMan IMG -> CRM->UI Framework->Business Roles->Define Business Roles.  Choose the Business Role and go to Adjust Work Center Group Links. Then you can  deselect in column "Visible" the options you want to hide (Work Center=SM-CHANGE, Group ID=SM-CM-CR).

Hi

Like Tess already mentioned you  can hide them via Business Role customizing

Just to add in order to understand check

SOLMANPRO and SOLMANREQ both business roles and above spro path then you might get the idea quickly to achieve it rapidly

Please RUN CRM_UI tcode choose 'configure page' button next copy default role to z-role and hide create area:
