Unable to find /AIF/ENABLER_PROXY class

Hi Experts,

I am creating SOAP to Proxy Synchronous Scenario using SAP AIF in between with the help of CookBook Version 4.0. The document states that

PROCESS of class "/AIF/ENABLER_PROXY" needs to be called in the Method, which i am using in the inbound proxy. But i am unable to find the class named /AIF/ENABLER_PROXY. Please let me know, in which way i step ahead.

AIF requires separate license, do you have a license for AIF?

Did you follow installation and configuration according to http://help.sap.com/aif?
