One System Missing from PSS

We have setup PSS in GRC 10. Under Spro - AC - Maintain Connector settings we do have the PSS checked. However when we go to reset the password for that system it does not show up. All other systems do show up and we can reset the password. When we create access request the system that does not show up under PSS, does show up under there. Any idea's on what it could be?

Sorry I figured it out...For some reason I had to do a Repository Object Sync. I guess my next question would be why I had to run this job for it to show up?
