Hi
One end user was raising the Template based FF request , but she ended up with error insert records. I tried with changing the dates of roles assignments but din make any change.
When i raised on behalf of user , i was able to raise the request successfully.
Did anyone face this issue or anyone know about it ?
Did you change any workflow/MSMP settings whilst making the request?
This happens during such occasions. Check if you have any of your MSMP stages have "Runtime Cnfg Chng Ok" ticked. If so, then any changes to that stage will affect any live Request Item.
It is also worth checking if the system allows you to create multiple requests for the same user. If not, check your EUP setting "One User per Request per System". Usually this comes up with a different error message.
Also, try to refresh your browser and create the request from scratch.
