Output determination for Handling Units

Hi gurus,

I want to create an Output for HU, for specified Ship-to-party.

How can I customize this ? I just want to print this output for some Ship-to-party, not for all.

Hi David,

you can maintain a new condition table with plant and ship-to-party as the key.

And include this condition table into the access sequence for your output type or create a new access sequence just for this output type, depending on what you need.

This way you can controll the output by VV62 for each plant/ship-to-party combination.

Hi,

Use NACE transaction with Application V6

Click on OUTPUT TYPES push button

Create or copy the 0001 output as in standard

and maintain the print program and corresponding smartform

In the condition records, just enter the partner Function as SH and insert the required Ship to party details

once you create the Handling unit, if the respective  ship to party is found in the condition record then output will trigger or else it will not trigger

thank you for your answers.

The problem is that we have 2 plants which deliver the same Ship-to-Party and I want a different Output on each plant...

I don't want to have both outputs (the one for plant 1 and the other one for plant 2) triggered on both plants because they have the same Ship-to-Party.
