How to get i0046 status

Dear experts,

I would like to know how can i get i0046 status.

Since my Order Number is rel with status i0045

Please guide me how to change the status to i0046.It will be mass change.

I assume you are talking about maintenance order (PM order).

If correct, access the transaction IW38 > select several completed order from list (TECO) >

'order' of menu bar > completion > complete(business)

Then the status will be changed with CLSD (i0046).

Which kind of order, you are talking about???

For closing order, settlement needs to be done if any cost has been posted to that order. Then you can have Business Completion by which order status will be changed to I0046 (CLSD).
