Hi Friends,
I am using t code LECI for gate entry i am defining three entrances in the system
1. Main Gate
2. Plant Gate
by following path
SPRO--> Logistic Execution --> Shipping --> Basic shipping functions --> Registration of visitors and means of transport --> Define check points
And number range i am maintaining at
SPRO--> Logistic Execution --> Shipping --> Basic shipping functions > Registration of visitors and means of transport>Define number range
Problem is for each check point system is taking same number range.
but i am not finding the path where i could assign separate number range for each check point.
Need your help where i can assign number range according to check point
Regards

In SAP standard you can assign only one number range for check points and visitors as you have option to get report based on check points.

Hi sachin,
Thanks for Reply. Now i have one doubt. I have two registers one for EOU plant and other for DTA plant. Now for both plant check points are different and different number series.
Now i have created two check points but i can't assign different number series as per check points.
Please tell me if you know how to do it.
Regards.

SAP has not provided any configuration regarding using external number range for this otherwise you can use that.
Not sure if you are intrested in customized solution.
If yes here is the answer
step1: Create 2 number range object for each gate through SNRO
Step 2: Create a Ztable with following fields
Original leci number
Gate
New number range based on object type
year
step 3: update this z table with leci event using bapi NUMBER_GET_NEXT, (you can club updation of this z table with leci event.(change , create , insert, delete , modify, update ..... refer leci bapi) or a customised transaction with leci as first step and table updation as second step
Step 4: report it referencing ztable
LECI_EVENT
LECI_EVENT_DATA
