I get Error SNAP_NO_NEW_ENTRY or DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR.

Hi

I would guess that your transaction log is full.

SNAP table is used to store shortdumps and this error means the table cannot be written to.

go into SM13 to see if updates are active.

check SM21 for more messages.
