Delete solution via workcenter

Hi

I am SM 7.1 SP07, but it should work for older version too.

In my solman 7.1 SP4 ---> solman_workcenter --> Solution Manager Administration tab ---> Solutions ---> soluition tab -> Choose Inactive

now you can see the delete tab This is same as DSWP navigations, once you get into the inactive solutions tab, you can delete the solutions.

Please check and add this into your blog.

The same option (delete button) exists in SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1 SP29 also.

I only have deactivate solution.

Could it be that deactivation - also deletes the solution completely ?

Please select Solution type as Inactive and check again.

Select the solution and click on the deactivate button. A delete button becomes available.

In my case when i click on deactivate it removes the solution from the list. There is no delete button.

Anyway, it's not a problem and i've updated my blog post accordingly.

Thank you so much for the information, i will update my post - there is no delete button in SP4 nor SP5.
