Cut over activities - migration

Dear Experts,

We are doing an upgrade from BW 7.1 to 7.3  and migrate to HANA DB.

I am looking for inputs for migration methodology/framework, which I am planning to propose the system copy/Export/Import method. If any better method is available, please let me know.

Also, please let me know the typical cut-over activities during the migration process.

I suggest you use DMO, which can be used to do an upgrade combined with unicode and HANA conversion.
