User locking workflow error

Hello,

When we are trying to submit the user locking request in Access management, we are getting the below error.

"'Item 0001'  resulted in ZGRAC_BASIC_PATH cannot resolve path, check routing mapping

Request submit failed, error in MSMP submit method.

Could any one let me know how it can be resolved.

Hi Hari,

Your initiator rule is not working correctly. Are you using BRF+ initiator ? If yes then you can try simulation to test your rule .
