LMDB system preparation issue +sap

Hi All,

I am in solman_setup  t code in system prepartion I am facing issue while setup LMDB I am facing warning Content synchronization from SLD to LMDB is not configured

I am validiating as per yoyr suggestion in each step,One more doubt is their any RFC needs to be creation required for this?

An one more as per the below screen I ma running LMDB t code Product option is not showing in the screen ,Please suggest where can i maintain product version ,how can i get product tab,

Thanks for your repply,I am validatingeacg step from crash.

One doubt after reading the documents My sld url is  http:solman.kbin.com:50000/sld

and wht i need to mention in object server name(LMDB step) can i put my solman hostname ex SOLMAM ?

where can we find the object server names already exsited in sld or ?

Please suggest

Hi,

After a fresh installation of solution manager 7.1 you dont have to
execute the step "Start Migration from SMSY to LMDB". This step
is only needed if you manually created systems in SMSY.
(e.g. in solution manager lower than SP5)

In solution manager 7.1 the synchronisation works as follows:
   SLD -> LMDB -> SMSY

Could you please have a look to SAP Note 1643760.

I have gone through the note ,can i apply this note through SNOTE (download the note) or I need to apply patches .

How will sync sld to lmdb ,I ma able to connect my sld server (url) ,How can i add the systems in lmdb

wht i need to maintain object server name (it shld be sld url or ?)

Is their any RFC mandatory
