Notify recipient function under central confirmation

HI,

After confirmation we have to notify recipient that goods are received.

Under central confirmation function in notify recipient when we put purchase order system shows recipient name and email address but when we save it recipient is not receiving email.

Is there any additional setting required to achieve  this?

Hi,

Can you please check in SOST, if its apparing in SOST please check with your Basis team for further action.
