Billed documents within specific month with respected material code.

Dear expert,

I would like to see list of all billed document  within specific month with respected material code. I tried with TRX CODE: VF05N,

VF05 ( I need type specific material code), but I need see all products that we sold in specific month.

let us say crieteria as follows:

Month : XXXX

DATE: XXXX

BILLING DOCUMENT NO: xxxx

MATERIAL CODE: xxxxx

QTY: xxxxx

AMOUNT xxxxx

You can get this data from VF05 but if you want quantity field in selection then you can create your own report in just less then two minutes using SQVI Tcode. Give table VBRP and select your input and output fields. Its easy and less time consuming.

Dear Jaleel

Invoice tables are VBRP and VBAK, Sale order Tables are VBAP and VBAK, Delivery document tables are LIPS and LIKP. These are commonly used tables. Rest you can see a list here.
