Hi,
With Solman 7.1, there is a way to monitor RFC TCP/IP via the channel monitoring tool.
I have built the scripts via EEM and exported them top Solman.
My question is on how to use it.
I have searched some documentation but not really find anything. The SAP wiki gives almost nothing about this subject (
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/TechOps/ICMon_Home)
There is only an entry in the FAQ but no explanation on how to do that.

Hi Fabrice,
With Interface Channel Monitoring it is possible to monitor
RFC Destinations of type T (TCP/IP) with following metrics:
- Response Time
- Usage
- Availability
Setup of Interface Channel Monitoring:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/TechOps/ICMON_SETUP
Checking the availability of the RFC Destination is described here:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/TechOps/RFCDEST_avail_script_RFC
Kind regards,
Roland
