Enable More field option

Dear Experts

I am working in SRM 7.0. My issue is i am able to right click the application and a new menu open with the options 1. User settings 2. Hide quick Help and 3. More field Help. But my problem is when i click on More field Help option i am not able to see the technical information like component name, View name and application name. Could you please guide me to activate any service to get the technical information.

Hi Arun,

This is an role issue your need to check with you security team, after assigning proper role you will able to see technical details option.
