Hi Guru,
I have a requirement that
Let me explain you the scenario:
Currently we are creating Sales order which is accumulating based on condition record in which we maintained the scale. Now business wants to reset that accumulation So we change the condition record with new scale but it still tacking the previous values also.
please advice.
Dear
Are you creating sale order with reference to some document or it is initial document without reference. If it is with reference then please check what you have maintained in pricing type in your item category copy control. If this is initial document then check pricing date and condition's validity dates. Also check in analysis screen which condition record system is taking into consideration for pricing.
Thank$

Hello Navneet,
Please check your validity dates for the new condition records
They must be set FROM a latter date than your current order or pricing date.Do get back to us if that is not the case.

Hi Navneet,
Check few points:
1. what is the pricing date its taking in your order?
2. Check the valid to and from for the new records as well as old reocrds.
Based on above, get back to us with your problems.
