What configuration is needed to see PO backend in SRM?

Hi all,

We want to define a new query to be able  to see PO backend in SRM.

With the standard role for operational purchaser, the query for PO without selection criterio doesn't return results.

What configuration is needed for this requirement? Feeder class, roles (Portal, Backend), etc...

Any help will be appreciated. Many thanks.

There is a customizing switch in SRM in transaction "SFW5" which needs to be activated:

SRM_CONT_IMPR_1 - SRM, Continuous Innovations

For this please read this site:

If this switch is activated the "Link to SAP ERP Documents" switch will be active.

To implement this function, activate the Customizing switch Link to SAP ERP Documents (SRM_701_LINK_TO_ERP) in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under: SRM Server Cross-Application Basic Settings Integration with Other SAP Components Integration with SAP ERP Activate Linking to SAP ERP Documents .

Hello David,

To see any ERP documents as on Java Stack you must have Portal and use Harmonized Roles in both SRM and ERP systems.

Check Sap note number 1232945 and next link of SAP Help:

Request to your basis/portal team to link ERP Alias to the proper roles you might use.
