We are using Send mail option with follow up actions. We have created a Distribution list via ABAP which includes both external and internal email addresses.. If the distribution list being called during a process (e.g. for UD at QA32), the messages are only delivered to the internal email addresses. But if we use the same list from SWBP, it works fine i.e. messages are being received at both internal and external email.
PS. We have already checked SOST and SMTP, they are working fine.
Need urgent assistance.
