Hi Experts,
I have created a message in satellite system through help--> create message.
It shows message successfully created but when I went to solman CRM_DNO_MONITOR I don't see the message their...
Could you guys suggest me what am I missing in the configuration.

You are getting this issue due to some missing authorization. Please have a look at below SAP Note and link. It might be resolve the issue.

What is the version of Solman 7.0 or 7.1
have you checked in the solman_workcenter
it might be possible that ticket is created without any values in that case search with transaction type
In addition make sure you have all the authorizations (Processor Role) or SAP ALL for testing
