Report on SAP DMS

Dear All ;

I want to develop a Z Report for DMS ,The requirement is as follows :

We have Implementted SAP Digital signature  for a  particular document type Note sheet  in DMS ,and for each status a comment is written by the user ,Our client a report for all the comment for a particular document (Say for document number 500000000) .

Can any help me how to buit the report for this particular requirement .

Hi Joydeep,

My suggestion is to use Exit and develop one Tab and give provision to enter Comments to the users, Here comments can also be captured simultaneously we can use this as report.Please find the screen shot for similar kind of Dev we made for our scenario.

Hi Joydeep,

for reporting on digital signatures I would recommend you to try transaction DSAL. When you select 'DMS' in the first field then you should be able to run a selection on the digital signature logs for specific document info records.

I have gone through the DSAL ,but I have not found any coloumn regarding the Comments .Can you just suggest from table or how to get all the comments by each user for a Particular DIR ?
