Transport Request roll back

Hello All,

We did a wrong operation by deleting objects in MIME repository and redeploy new ones. This leads to inconsistency of UUIDs(logic ID

generated by our prgram). Is it possible to roll back all the actions recorded in my request?

Thanks and Regards, Pradeep

Hello Pradeep,

If the changes you have done is in a program try to use version management utility.

Thanks,
Ranjith

The TR is not relased.

Hi Pradeep,

If the TR is not released, you have to release the TR first and then again create a new TR- undo the changes . Because if the TR is not released, it will not allow you to do any modification in those objects involved in that particular TR(it will be locked).

Hi Pradeep,

You may need to create a new request undoing the modification and re-transport it again to the target system. This is the way to rollback the changes through transports.

Hope this helps.
