can we do calibration process with QM only with out PM

Hi experts

We dont have PM module , But we need to do calibration for all equipments in our plant.

Based on the due date system should trigger the calibration of the instrument

Is it possible with QM module with out involving PM and WORKFLOW.

Without PM, how you can map the equipments??

All other details such as Task List, Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Order, etc., can be mapped only through PM Module. Without that, you can't map the calibration process.

If you have QM, you have PM.  They come along for the ride as part of the logistics module.  There is not added cost.  But you do have to set up some basic config and of course the master data.

As Maheswaran KD aleady mentioned, the PM module functionality is mandatory for calibration process.

In other words, the QM module functionality is optional for calibration.
