Transport problem in MII

Don't know whether anybody has faced this problem -like whenever a project transported to Quality or Production box- found some of the BLS transactions are in modifiable mode i.e., not locked. It is not all the BLS transaction are with same stage but few transaction are like that only.

Is anybody has any clue - why so? is it a authorization problem? or transport problem or anything else.

How do you transport the objects to Quality or Production? Is it a track movement or an archive deployment? Can you reproduce the issue consistently or it is like it sometimes happen?

It is a track movement - also it is happenning for all transport, even in lower client too and the isssue is consistent.

Hi ,

I'm having the same problem using NWDI and MII 12.2.3 build 182. Whe transporting from DEV to QA system, the initial objects are in one level and the news one are modifiable in a different level in the tree.
