Rebates sales volume

Hi folks,

We have some Rebate agreements where we can see the Accruals and sales base in the drilldown however when I click on Sales volume it is showing as ZERO. I have tried to run some programs mentioned in the posts but couldn't help much. I can even see the invoices where rebates got updated.

My problem is sales volume is still zero.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Try with  tcode VBOF to update billing document.  and then check in VBO2 for sales volume.

Remember in VBOF there is a check box  below control i.e Test, you need to remove the tick to update .
