SAP IDM 7.2 SP 7 - Access Request Status Reports

Hi All,

We are upgrading IDM system from 7.1 to 7.2 SP7. As part of same upgrade we are moving from Distributed to centralized design where we are not going to use CUP anymore for role assignment. IDM will we used as single source for role assignment and all workflow processes.

Could someone provide details of reporting that can be done through IDM on status of access request. Like in CUP we have "Search Requests" where we can search access request by Request ID, User id, Requested By or approval status etc.

We are not looking for implementing BW component for this real time reporting of access request. Are there other ways possible?

Hi Abhishek,

Most of the reporting solution is delivered via BW standard content. There is a provision to build your own reports using Crystal reporting targeting the underlying IdM Tables to obtain real time data. The RDS solution for IdM also comes with per-delivered reports based on HTML5.

I think in SP8, there is an Administration view to display the status of requests.
