RZ70+Registeration in system landscape directory

HI all,

I am trying to configure sytem in solution manger for MOPZ porpose,in process i am trying configure SLD in ECC system RZ70 t code

RFC connection to SLD

Gateway Host;;;;;;;;;;;

Gateway Service;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Please suggest wht i need to mentioned above

HI

In GW host u give hostname of the server where SLD is running,in GW service give sapgw<Instance No>.

Without SAO-OSS RFC is it possble to register SLD.

In my system SAP-oss is not created default ,how can i create .

I believe your question is about SAP-OSS, If yes - you can create the SAP-OSS rfc connection by copying SAPOSS, make sure you add S user ID and Password in logon details of SAP-OSS connection.

Yes, without SAP-OSS you can add your any managing systems (ERP) to SLD.

after executing I am facing st22 dump

     administrator.

     Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
     at and manage termination messages, and you can also
     keep them for a long time.

as per the note my sap_basis and sap_abap levels are

SAP_ABA 731 0000      - Cross-Application Component

SAP_BASIS 731 0000      - SAP Basis Component

PI_BASIS 731 0000      - Basis Plug-In

I need to apply both abap and basis right or is their any work around is possible?

Hi Karthik,

I am using 000 client with basis user the reason is now i need to update all erp 6.0 ehp6 ptach levels .

Its fresh installed system,I have not create d logicl system,is thier any cause for this error

Hi,

You can try creating logical system and see what happens, i don't it has relation with logical systems (maybe i am not strong on this).

about applying patches, you have to apply for basis and abap components.

Yes, you can download directly from SAP service marketplace, but make sure that before downloading you reading the conditions ie, prerequisite patches for each patches, download according and try.

I am trying download the patches but its asking solman approval,i am using rz70 is also for the purpose of patches download ,i dont have mopz right now .

BUt made chges in rz70 and selected some componenst only below is the log

Anyways I have tried to run RZ70 selecting few compmntes its was succesfull but its not populating in sld ,SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 job will create in solman or ecc system please suggest on below,SAP_LMDB _LDB* job is alos not created.

Hi,

You can downloaded directly from SMP and apply using SPAM, rfc connection SLD_UC seems successful, first apply the latest patches directly and then try to register in central SLD.

I have not applied the patches as suggested after de selecting RZ70 parameter _SLD_INSTPRD

Issue resolved ,no abap dump generating ,after that ecc system showing in sld

Hi,

From what I understand,  in RZ70, the requested setting in there for a HA environment
is Gateway Host set to <ms virtual host> and gateway service to be set
to sapgw<instno>

Please go through all steps once more in the following documentation for High Availability:
