My trips and Expenses / Page not found

HI Admins ,

For my id in Travel Portal ,

I can access UWL under "My trips and Expenses"  with a VPN connected Latop .

But when i access it through Desktop connected to same Network , "My trips and Expenses" is giving an error  "Page Not found" .

I am using IE 8 in Win Vista machine .

Kindly provide your suggestions on what is the issue .

Firewall and port is opened from Home network (default port)

No Issue in Telnet trace .

Hi RBK,

got some questions, some things are unclear to me:

• concerning 'page not found', are we talking about one particular scenario inside the portal, or are we talking about the portal or rather the login itself?
• The 'page not found' error, is it a standard http 404 error or is it, that portal-proprietary redlined text at the top of the iview saying 'page not found'? (provide a screenshot maybe)
• Are you using WeDynpro JAVA or WDA? That fact that you say you use UWL means JAVA; but I only know the labeling 'My trips and Expenses' from WDA. Please elaborate.
• Are you logging in with the same User in both technical ways?

It is std 404 http error .

Its is WDA application and it happens when i click sany submenu at left side .

This does look like a network problem to me after all. It seems the backend application server cannot be reached at all from your Desktop connection.
