JSON Error on Ipad

Hi Experts,

Environment:

BOE 4.0 SP 5

Dashboard Design: BO 4.0 SP5 P1

Whenever I try to access dashboards from IPAD (SAP BO MOBILE APP) through INTERNET, the ipad app throws an error (which is attached as a snapshot). But whenever I access the same dashboards through LAN CONNECTION, all dashboards run fine and smooth. I am worried where the problem lies.

Can anybody help me out in solving this.

Hi Ayaz,

Did you guys upgrade to Sp5 on the BO platform as well along with dashboards and try?

Did you check if you have everything on supported lines from platform side. please find below PAM to see if you have everything at required level from platform end.

Hi Ayaz,

This error comes up when your dashboards is upgraded to Sp05 where as BO BI platform is of older version. Please upgrade your BO BI platform also to Sp05, that will resolve the issue.

We had the same issue and its resolved now after we upgrade to SP05 both on dahsboards and BO BO platform server.

In this case dashboards work fine on launch pad where as issue is only mobile because in order to access dashboards via mobile you should be on atleast below configuration.

Dashboards 4.0 Sp5 or higher

BO BI Platform 4.0 Sp5 or higher
