Hi all,
For exemple if the user get the vacation on HCM on Infotype 2001 will the user be locked on the back end system, network, whatever?
and when employee come back it will unlock based on HCM?
Hi Arivind,
If you mean that you want all this to happen automatically with standard SAP provisioning - the answer is NO.
First this attribute is not mapped in standard HCM to IDM data transfer, which means that you should map it your self. If you wander how. Try SAP IDM Configuration Guide.
Second as far as I know there is no standard MX_HCM_EMPLOYEE and MX_PERSON attribute related to that - you should create such.
Then you should setup provisioning for all backend systems you are using, because standard one has no such functionality.
And basically that is it
Best regards,
Ivan

Hi Arvind,
I'm not sure if this infotype is mapped to any attribute in IdM. probably the attribute would need to be created in IdM and then this would trigger a job to lock the user if this is what you wanted.

Chris
