SUP/SMP 2.1.3 Unwired Server Service couldn't started

Hy Guy's,

I have again a big crazy problem...

Yesterday we have to restart the SUP Server.

Today i checked the status of SUP and I saw that the Unwired server service wasn't started, so I tried to start it but after 1 Minute (I think) the service was stopped again?!

Another issue since yesterday, if I try to start the Outbound enabler, I got that error Message:

E. 2013-05-22 16:45:27. <OEMaster> Backend server: localhost:5001 is down or not accepting requests, pinging again...

I really have no idea why this happens, hope anyone of you can help me.

Best Regards

Michael

Michael,

just give a try

go to services.msc

chek whether server (windows service) is up, if not then enable and start it.

stop SUP services

then start.

it might work..not sure.

Jitendra

I am assuming that some files may have been deleted from the SUP server. That may cause the stopping of the server from start.

Please look into the complete log in SUP server.

Thanks for your reply,

I looked already in the windows event log, there is no error...

Where can I find good logs to solve the problem?

Thank you!

Open the Unwired server and look into the path

C:\Sybase\UnwiredPlatform\Unwired Server\logs
