ZMCG (General Change) Status Not Updating

Hello,

We're running SM 7.1 SP07. I am testing our ChaRM prototype for an implementation project. There is a General Change transaction type with the status "Created". When I perform the Action "Set to In Process", an entry is made in the Text assignment block but the status of the General Change remains "Created". I have checked the configuration, line-by-line comparing ZMCG with SMCG, but did not find anything missing. Any ideas?

I am still investigating this issue. Today when comparing the copied transaction type ZMCG to the standard transaction type SMCG I noticed that the Settings Method Call parameters for the Action Definition ZMCG_CONTEXT_COPY are not displayed.

A message also appears at the bottom of the screen.

The processing settings could not be loaded (Message no. SPPF_CUST022)

Has anyone experienced this before? I tried running the Copy Transaction Type report again using SMCG as the source and YMCG as the target, but the Settings Method Call parameters for YMCG_CONTEXT_COPY are still not loaded.

Check the User Status value in ZMCG_BUILDING action. It should be E0014
