Unable to raise OSS message

Hi All,

I am unable to raise messages through service.sap.com

portal, while raising message its showing Authorization

error, we need to register router with SAP AG,I am the only

super administrator but I am unable to raise the

message .

Please suggest

Hi Sap Basis,

I am supposing that you already have an user ID for the SAP Service Market Place ? If not, this link https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/new_user_pass/infouser_request.htm may help you. If yes, is your user ID a S-user ?

Is your sap router registered with SAP AG ? If not, follow this document : http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c06c8846-c160-2d10-d18e-d9961e9c7...

Once done, you will be able to raise OSS message.

Hi,

Check with the user who has Super admin S-user in your firm to provide access.

If you are the super admin user, ask your SAP account manager to help you out with the access.
