Trip_multi country_PD calculation

Hi,

We use SAP Travel Mgmt for Sweden and Finland.

In case of international trips to only one country, the calculation of PD for Meals is correct for both Swedish and Finnish employees.

Trips with multiple countries – calculation is correct for Swedish employees; but not for the Finnish.

E.g. a Finnish employee made a trip Finland – Netherlands – Italy – Finland. Based on the time spent in each country, he should get PD for

2 days @ rate for NL

2 days @ rate for IT

However system calculates first 3 days for NL and only the last day for IT.

Why is this so? I wish to know, where is the setting for this calculation in SPRO?

For Finnish employees, can you check the "Define Calculation of Meals Per Diems & Define Influence of Control Parameters: Meals".

Hi Srikanth,

checked these; but not quite sure what they mean?

'Influence of Control Parameters..' option 'Ignore' is checked for all parameters.

Calcualtion of Meals per Diem:

-Valuation of trip duration : 2 Reimbursement: hours   /Tax-free amount: hours

-Further accounting parameters: unchecked

Check Table V_T702N_D, what is configured here? Also, please state your exact use case of your example trips (begda, endda, itineraries etc., everything time relevant).
