does it happen with all the users and with all the applications.Are they working properly in standalone mode.
try to clear the cache from system administration

Bala, this is working fine for all users, all applications except when user logs in for the first time and it disappears after couple of clicks. Portal developer cleared the cache several times earlier, but still this pops up.
I hope this is something to do with portal. Please advise.
